1. Open your browser and type (blogger.com) or Click here

2. When site opens then click on sign up/ create your blog button

After signing up,

 3. Choose the title and a subdomain for your blog, blogger give you a free blogspot subdomain like (example.blogspot.com) and choose a free blogger theme.

        Then click on create blog button.

    So here's your blogger dashboard

So here your new blog's dashboard is ready. Click on that "new post" button and write a unique post.
